Shelley Moore

Customer Care Manager

Shelley Moore has been a receptionist at Bay Animal Clinic for more than ten years and has recently been promoted to Customer Care Manager. She graduated from Fairhope High School and went to Faulkner State Community College for general studies. Shelley enjoys getting to see all of the wonderful fur-babies and creating lasting relationships with our clients.

Born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama, Shelley enjoys spending time with her daughter, Ansley Sage, their pets (Pearl, Pheobe, Henri, Noel, TuffTuff, Harley, Cheeto, Sally Sue, and Skittles) and her friends and family. She loves to go camping, fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors. Along with most of our clients, Shelley loves animals and has too many to count.

Megan Eisele

Reception

Megan is originally from Rockport, Massachusetts. She has been a receptionist with Bay Animal Clinic since August of 2018. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in 2015. Megan is definitely an animal lover! She enjoys getting to play with animals every day at work (who wouldn’t?) and learning the unique personalities of all the patients.

Megan and her husband Patrick live in Fairhope with their two cats Oliver and Delilah. In her free time, she enjoys Alabama football, boating, cooking, and trying new foods and recipes.

Brittany Ezell

Reception

Brittany is originally from Lucedale, Mississippi. She has been a receptionist with Bay Animal Clinic since the fall of 2018. Brittany graduated with a double major in Biology and Psychology from the University of South Alabama and is still at it currently taking classes to earn her veterinary technician license.

Her favorite part of her job is seeing all the happy dogs and cats come in and watching them grow up. She also enjoys helping the pet parents when they need us and assuring them that their pets are in great hands.

Brittany recently purchased her first home where she lives with her two dogs, Morty and Darcy, and two cats, Dooney and Bourke. She is a lifelong animal lover and spends most of her free time volunteering and fostering pets for the Animal Rescue Foundation. She has fostered ten dogs and counting! Brittany also loves the beach and travels to the Caribbean at least twice a year.
