Shelley Moore

Customer Care Manager

Shelley Moore has been a receptionist at Bay Animal Clinic for more than ten years and has recently been promoted to Customer Care Manager. She graduated from Fairhope High School and went to Faulkner State Community College for general studies. Shelley enjoys getting to see all of the wonderful fur-babies and creating lasting relationships with our clients.

Born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama, Shelley enjoys spending time with her daughter, Ansley Sage, their pets (Pearl, Pheobe, Henri, Noel, TuffTuff, Harley, Cheeto, Sally Sue, and Skittles) and her friends and family. She loves to go camping, fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors. Along with most of our clients, Shelley loves animals and has too many to count.

Dottie Davis

Director of Facilities and Client Services

Dottie has been with Bay Animal Clinic for over ten years. She started her career as a kennel assistant and was most recently promoted to Director of Facilities and Client Services. Dottie is a graduate of Fairhope High School and attended Faulkner State Community College. Before joining Bay Animal Clinic she spent twelve years in dietary and nutrition management. She has a deep seeded love for animals and she enjoys getting to know the parents and personalities of all of the babies we care for.

Dottie was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama and currently lives in Summerdale with her husband Jimmy, two boys, Cooper and Jett, and Honey Suckle a.k.a. Honey Snuggle. She enjoys spending time with her boys, Camping, baking, and decorating.

Crystal Leigh Browning


Crystal has been a receptionist at Bay Animal Clinic since February of 2015. She joined our team after working locally for five years. Crystal loves helping people and their pets with anything and everything they need.

Crystal was born and raised here in Fairhope, Alabama. She currently resides in Fairhope with her boyfriend, Pellum. She enjoys spending time with her mom, Vicki, and grandparents, Butch and Sandy. Crystal and Pellum are accompanied by two dogs (Murphy and Winda), one cat (Kawasaki), and Marcel, the Bearded Dragon. However, if it was up to Crystal there would be many more because she one day would like to own a farm. Crystal enjoys Crime/Investigation TV, the beach, camping, dancing, and building relationships with our clients and their pets.

Neva Lopez


Neva Lopez most recently joined the Bay Animal Clinic team as a receptionist in February 2017. She has many years of experience in the veterinary field and even previously worked at BAC in the past. Neva spends her days greeting our wonderful clients and patients. She loves animals and getting to be a part of their care.

Neva is originally from Foley AL. She is married to Jose and they have one adorable son. Rounding our their household is Lyla the English Bulldog, Maeli the Mini Australian Shepherd, Bellamy the cat and 4 geckos. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family whenever possible. Neva also loves photography and is very involved with her church and its youth group.
