Taylor Lee

Veterinary Practice Manager/ Licensed Veterinary Technician

Taylor joined the Bay Animal Clinic team in June 2016. She has been in the veterinary field for several years with experience in every position from kennel assistant to veterinary assistant to reception. Taylor loves to interact with our wonderful clients and give out treats to all of our furry patients!

Taylor is originally from Norman, Oklahoma, but now lives in Silverhill with her husband Stanton. Their home is accompanied by 2 horses: Badger and Jack; an Australian shepherd named Gilley, and a 3 legged cat named Stubbles.

Taylor earned an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2018 which helped her gain her Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) title. She then went on to earn a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Practice Management in 2020.

Shelley Moore

Customer Care Manager

Shelley Moore has been a receptionist at Bay Animal Clinic for more than ten years and has recently been promoted to Customer Care & Inventory Manager. She graduated from Fairhope High School and went to Faulkner State Community College for general studies. Shelley enjoys getting to see all of the wonderful fur-babies and creating lasting relationships with our clients.

Born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama, Shelley enjoys spending time with her daughter (Ansley), husband (Jason), step children (Christian, Grayson & Lilly), their pets (Henri, Noel, TuffTuff, Harley, Cheeto, Sally Sue, Tug, Oscar, Sage and Skittles) and her friends and family. She loves to go camping, fishing, and pretty much anything outdoors. Along with most of our clients, Shelley loves animals and has too many to count.

Heather Gruber


Heather joined the Bay Animal Clinic team in January of 2020. She is a long time local from Gulf Shores. She is accompanied by her husband, multiple rescue dogs and cats plus a donkey named Blueberry. Heather has been rescuing and rehabilitating animals for 15 years and thoroughly enjoys helping any and every animal she can.

Heather has a passion for animals. She loves being able to welcome our patients and help make sure they are comfortable throughout their entire visit.

Missy Long


Missy joined the Bay Animal Clinic team in the fall of 2021. Missy worked in the veterinary field previously and has recently returned following a career in dental assisting.

Missy grew up in Baldwin County, where she still lives with her 2 dogs: Kilmer and Penny and her 2 cats: Pearl and Violet. In her free time Missy enjoys spending time on her family’s farm, doing yoga, going to the beach and cooking.

Missy says her favorite thing about her job is having the opportunity to build relationships with people who love their fur-babies as much as she does!
